Depuis le 1er Janvier 2024, les travailleurs travaillant notamment en ESAT peuvent dor\u00e9navant adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un syndicat, faire gr\u00e8ve, d\u00e9clencher un droit d’alerte ou exercer un droit de retrait en cas de danger grave et imminent! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au 1er juillet ils pourront comme tous les autres salari\u00e9s de l’entreprise se faire rembourser des frais de transport, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du contrat de mutuelle ou des avantages comme les tickets restaurants ou ch\u00e8ques vacances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour Force Ouvri\u00e8re, ces avanc\u00e9es sont consid\u00e9rables! Le syndicat FO veillera \u00e0 ce que la direction du groupe VYV3 Pays de la Loire applique bien cette nouvelle r\u00e8glementation! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors si vous \u00eates travailleur en ESAT et que vous voulez d\u00e9fendre vos droits et vos conditions de travail, vous pouvez d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent vous syndiquer au syndicat FORCE OUVRIERE !
