Chaque \u00e9tablissement appliquera ses propres r\u00e8gles. A titre d\u2019exemple\u00a0:<br><strong>Un salari\u00e9 des fonctions support b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de 18 jours de repos<\/strong> (contre 22 \u00e0 23 auparavant).<br><strong>Un salari\u00e9 du CRBVTA n\u2019aura aucun jour de repos garanti.<\/strong><br><strong>Un salari\u00e9 de la petite enfance en aura 6.<\/strong><br><strong>Dans les EHPAD, il serait d\u00e9fini en fonction des plannings&#8230; Le nombre de jours pourrait donc varier  d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 l\u2019autre, pour une m\u00eame activit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction affirme vouloir un <strong>accord unique sur le temps de travail<\/strong>, cens\u00e9 apporter plus de <strong>simplicit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9<\/strong>. Pourtant, dans les faits, nous nous dirigeons droit vers une <strong>v\u00e9ritable usine \u00e0 gaz<\/strong>, o\u00f9 <strong>tr\u00e8s peu de salari\u00e9s ont \u00e0 y gagner, mais o\u00f9 beaucoup ont \u00e0 y perde&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-ce1ee39e\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-e4cbd42e alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-f2469b9d\"><style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6\"]{text-align:center;font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6 mark, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6\"] mark{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading2180_b5a4fe-f6\">La parole de la direction de VYV3 PDL n\u2019engage que ceux qui la croient.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction revient sur son engagement pris le 6 f\u00e9vrier dernier d\u2019appliquer la Convention collective ANEM concernant les 48 heures de repos cons\u00e9cutives, incluant le dimanche\u2026<br>Lors du mouvement de gr\u00e8ve du 6 f\u00e9vrier dernier, le syndicat FO avait rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction les raisons qui l\u2019avaient pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 signer l\u2019accord sur le temps de travail en 2019 pour les Biens M\u00e9dicaux. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, nous avions accept\u00e9 une d\u00e9rogation \u00e0 la convention collective sur la question des 48 heures de repos cons\u00e9cutives, y compris le dimanche, pour les salari\u00e9s relevant de la Convention collective ANEM.
