Elle se lance alors \u00e0 corps perdu dans une op\u00e9ration de d\u00e9sinformation pour tenter de faire passer en force son projet d\u2019accord sur le temps de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, l\u2019objectif est clair : casser le mouvement de gr\u00e8ve et inverser le rapport de force.<br>Les DRH eux-m\u00eames se d\u00e9placent dans les \u00e9tablissements pour tenter de convaincre les salari\u00e9s que cet accord serait une avanc\u00e9e, qu\u2019il accorderait plus de droits et am\u00e9liorerait les conditions de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est faux. Et c\u2019est bien pour cela que l\u2019ensemble des organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives se sont unies pour dire <strong>NON<\/strong> \u00e0 cet accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction pr\u00e9tend par exemple que les salari\u00e9s qui portent une tenue de travail b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de 12 heures de r\u00e9duction du temps de travail annuel, un \u00ab gain \u00bb qui n\u2019existait pas auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ? Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, vous disposiez de 5 minutes d\u2019habillage le matin et 5 minutes de d\u00e9shabillage le soir, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans votre temps de travail. Vous arriviez donc \u00e0 7h, vous vous changiez, et preniez votre poste \u00e0 7h05. M\u00eame chose le soir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le nouvel accord, vous devrez \u00eatre <strong>habill\u00e9 et en poste \u00e0 7h00 pr\u00e9cises<\/strong>. Ce qui signifie que vous devrez \u00eatre dans les vestiaires <strong>d\u00e8s 6h55<\/strong>.Quand on fait le calcul, la direction ne devrait pas vous accorder seulement 12h de compensation, mais <strong>38h<\/strong>. Ce sont donc <strong>28h de travail en plus, non reconnues<\/strong>. Une perte nette de droits pour les salari\u00e9s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction tente aussi de convaincre les salari\u00e9s du p\u00f4le \u00ab Personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u00bb qu\u2019ils travaillent actuellement 1607h, et que le nouvel accord serait un progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est <strong>totalement faux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En transposant le temps de travail actuel en annualisation, les salari\u00e9s de ce p\u00f4le travailleraient <strong>1582h<\/strong> en incluant les temps d\u2019habillage et de d\u00e9shabillage, comme l\u2019impose la convention collective FEHAP. &nbsp;L\u00e0 encore, la direction tente <strong>d\u2019imposer un recul de nos droits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des Biens M\u00e9dicaux, la direction veut vous <strong>faire travailler 22h de plus<\/strong> et vous <strong>supprimer 4 jours de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s <\/strong>(pour rappel ces 4 jours de CP avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9s pour compenser la d\u00e9rogation \u00e0 la convention collective sur les 48h de repos cons\u00e9cutifs). Elle pr\u00e9tend que le paiement de ces heures suppl\u00e9mentaires constitue une contrepartie. Mais c\u2019est simplement <strong>la loi<\/strong> : toute heure travaill\u00e9e doit \u00eatre pay\u00e9e. Une vraie contrepartie serait l\u2019octroi d\u2019un <strong>droit suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong>, pas simplement le respect de la l\u00e9gislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le secteur handicap du p\u00f4le accompagnement et soins qui paiera le plus lourd tribut avec le passage \u00e0 1582h. Nous nous interrogeons sur la mani\u00e8re dont la direction va pouvoir faire avaler aux salari\u00e9s que travailler plus constitue une avanc\u00e9e sociale et une mesure d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques exemples parmi d\u2019autres, mais ils illustrent parfaitement la strat\u00e9gie de la direction : <strong>vous faire prendre des vessies pour des lanternes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pendant ce temps, la direction accuse les syndicats de vous mentir \u00e0 propos du projet d\u2019accord\u2026<br>Pourtant, lorsque le syndicat FO d\u00e9cide de diffuser aux salari\u00e9s le texte de l\u2019accord <strong>r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par la direction elle-m\u00eame<\/strong>, celle-ci nous accuse de d\u00e9loyaut\u00e9 et appose la mention <strong>\u00ab confidentiel \u00bb<\/strong> sur le document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais alors, si ce projet est si bon pour les salari\u00e9s, pourquoi ce besoin de leur cacher ce document ?<br>Parce que vous pouvez constater<strong> noir sur blanc<\/strong> que vous perdez des droits. La direction le sait tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi le syndicat FO prend la d\u00e9cision de vous transmettre ce document que la direction souhaite garder secret.
