{"id":2278,"date":"2025-05-22T12:55:15","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/?p=2278"},"modified":"2025-05-22T12:55:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:55:16","slug":"un-chantage-inacceptable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/?p=2278","title":{"rendered":"Un chantage inacceptable!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Depuis le 10 d\u00e9cembre, les salari\u00e9s se mobilisent contre le projet d\u2019accord sur le temps de travail propos\u00e9 par la direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la suite du dernier mouvement de gr\u00e8ve, la direction a propos\u00e9 la signature d\u2019un accord sur le maintien des conventions collectives, afin de permettre la reprise des n\u00e9gociations, jusque-l\u00e0 au point mort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisations syndicales ont donc re\u00e7u ce projet d\u2019accord. Mais, comme souvent, le diable se cache dans les d\u00e9tails. En toute fin de document, une clause pr\u00e9cise :<br><strong>\u00ab L\u2019accord ne pourra s\u2019appliquer que si l\u2019accord sur le temps de travail aboutit. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrement dit : <strong>pas de signature de l\u2019accord sur le temps de travail, pas de maintien des conventions collectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle, en bon fran\u00e7ais, du chantage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndicat <strong>FO d\u00e9nonce fermement ces m\u00e9thodes inacceptables<\/strong> et exige :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La signature d\u2019un <strong>accord sur le maintien des conventions collectives<\/strong> <strong>ind\u00e9pendant<\/strong> de toute autre n\u00e9gociation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>accord sur le temps de travail<\/strong> garantissant <strong>l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des acquis<\/strong> des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndicat FO invite l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s de VYV3 PDL \u00e0 signer massivement la lettre ouverte intersyndicale adress\u00e9e \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour revendiquer le maintien de tous nos acquis!  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Depuis le 10 d\u00e9cembre, les salari\u00e9s se mobilisent contre le projet d\u2019accord sur le temps de travail propos\u00e9 par la direction. \u00c0 la suite du <a class=\"mh-excerpt-more\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/?p=2278\" title=\"Un chantage inacceptable!\">[&#8230;]<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2280,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2278","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
