Ces avanc\u00e9es sont le fruit de plusieurs mois de n\u00e9gociation, de mobilisations massives et d\u2019une constance sans faille dans nos revendications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis les mobilisations lanc\u00e9es le 10 d\u00e9cembre, nous avons obtenu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Un accord sur le maintien des Conventions Collectives.<br>\u2022 Un accord sur le versement int\u00e9gral de la prime d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e pour les salari\u00e9s de la CCN51, revendication historique de FO.<br>\u2022 Des jours de repos garantis, dont la moiti\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre pos\u00e9s librement (dans la limite de 8, selon les \u00e9tablissements).<br>\u2022 L\u2019abandon du forfait jour pour la majorit\u00e9 des directeurs de magasin et managers interm\u00e9diaires.<br>\u2022 Le paiement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires tous les deux mois, major\u00e9es \u00e0 25 %, dans les p\u00f4les PA et AS.<br>\u2022 Des avanc\u00e9es pour la Petite Enfance : 6 jours de repos garantis et un acc\u00e8s au CET.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des reculs existent, nous ne les cachons pas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Pour les Biens M\u00e9dicaux : +22 h de travail par an et la perte de 4 jours de CP, mais avec en contrepartie l\u2019obtention d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 compensatrice \u00e9quivalente aux montants vers\u00e9s en compl\u00e9ment 10\u1d49 pour les quatre jours de CP perdus.<br>\u2022 Malgr\u00e9 nos efforts, l\u2019annualisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9e dans les PA, mais rendue inefficace par la clause que nous avons n\u00e9goci\u00e9e sur le paiement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires tous les 2 mois.<br>\u2022 Des temps de travail augment\u00e9s dans certains \u00e9tablissements, mais bien \u00e9videmment r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous avons sign\u00e9 car l\u2019accord est globalement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, de nombreux droits nouveaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus, et il \u00e9tait irresponsable de faire tout perdre aux salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FO a agi ces 15 derniers jours pour rouvrir la signature<\/strong>, avec des modifications destin\u00e9es \u00e0 permettre un retour des non-signataires. <strong>La mobilisation massive des salari\u00e9s, qui s\u2019est manifest\u00e9e notamment par une p\u00e9tition \u00e0 leur initiative avec plus de 1 500 signatures en faveur de l\u2019accord, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f8b860c7\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez les accords<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-989cda2b alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-4751c9d9\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-08-Accord-dentreprise-relatif-a-lamenagement-et-lorganisaton-.ravail.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"558\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/TT.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/TT.png 558w, https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/TT-211x300.png 211w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-a431ec47-ce93-4caa-8797-9a18903a84fb\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-08-Accord-dentreprise-relatif-a-lamenagement-et-lorganisaton-.ravail.pdf\">2025 07 08 &#8211; Accord sur la prime d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fovyv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-06-24-Accord-sur-la-prime-decentralisee.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-3bee5871-18ca-428d-8acb-25ff837555ed\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-396f5275\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>Concernant les accusations graves de la CGT :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CGT accuse nos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux d\u2019avoir transmis les adresses mail professionnelles des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux et se plaint d\u2019avoir&nbsp;: \u00ab re\u00e7u une multitude de mails contenant des propos agressifs faisant pression en exigeant la signature de l\u2019accord (\u2026) ces faits pouvant \u00eatre assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 du harc\u00e8lement \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant le nombre de salari\u00e9s qui nous interpellaient et qui ne comprenaient pas la d\u00e9cision de la CFDT et de la CGT de ne pas signer, nous avons pens\u00e9 que les principaux int\u00e9ress\u00e9s seraient les mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019expliquer leur point de vue, et nous les avons effectivement invit\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s qui le souhaitaient \u00e0 contacter directement leurs repr\u00e9sentants.<br>FO n\u2019a diffus\u00e9 aucune adresse personnelle. Les adresses professionnelles des DS sont accessibles et connues (prenom.nom@vyv3.fr). Les salari\u00e9s sont majeurs et libres d\u2019\u00e9crire aux organisations syndicales qu\u2019ils interpellent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CGT nous pointe comme responsables de la multitude de mails qu\u2019ils ont re\u00e7us.<br>Le syndicat FO n\u2019en est pas responsable. <strong>Les salari\u00e9s ont leur libre arbitre.<\/strong><br>S\u2019ils ont \u00e9crit aux organisations syndicales non-signataires, c\u2019est en conscience<strong>. Le syndicat FO ne les a jamais contraints \u00e0 le faire, et ce serait faire insulte \u00e0 leur intelligence de penser que nous pouvons les manipuler si simplement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si certains messages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 irrespectueux, FO les condamne. Mais <strong>nous refusons d\u2019endosser une responsabilit\u00e9 collective dans des actions individuelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le syndicat FO estime que le dialogue avec les salari\u00e9s est fondamental. Chacun peut nous \u00e9crire, y compris pour critiquer notre d\u00e9cision d\u2019avoir sign\u00e9 cet accord<\/strong>. Si nous recevons des mails en ce sens, nous prendrons le temps de recontacter les salari\u00e9s pour leur expliquer notre d\u00e9cision et entendre leur point de vue. Pour l\u2019instant, nous n\u2019en avons re\u00e7u aucun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FO respecte toutes les organisations syndicales et leurs repr\u00e9sentants<\/strong>, m\u00eame quand les positions diff\u00e8rent. Nous r\u00e9futons ces accusations de harc\u00e8lements absolument contraire \u00e0 nos valeurs&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne pol\u00e9miquons pas, mais <strong>nous d\u00e9fendrons toujours la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression<\/strong>, y compris sur les choix syndicaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour FO, l\u2019objectif reste clair : d\u00e9fendre les salari\u00e9s, y compris en intersyndicale lorsque cela est possible et n\u00e9cessaire.
